Showcase of the demo introduction sequence. Particles were created using Niagara in UE5. The ribbon correspond to the parent velocity and can be attached to any object

VFX portal Niagara breakdown. Consists of 7 different nodes: 3 smoke, 2 sparks, 2 waves

Showcase of the booking ending sequence. Book gets put down and the scroll flies to you from the shelf. The spiral VFX was done using Niagara. I used a spiral 3D model with vertex painting to dictate the direction of the spiral inside Niagara.

Last page experiment to turn lead into gold. Here I created a flatten material that would make any 3D object appear flat. You can drive the flattness amount with a scalable value

Showcase of page 2D animations. All 2D animations were done using flipbook material.

Alchemist's Study is a game demo that explores applications of eye-tracking when it comes to reading. You are spawned in a room with a magical book in front of you. Read through pages to reveal the secrets of Nicolas Flamel, and complete the experiment to see if you can be the one to turn lead into gold. This demo can be played on both desktop and VR. Current videos showcased are running on PSVR2

In this project, I was responsible for:
Modeling, texturing all 3D assets
Creating animations and visual effects
Scripting animation and particle triggers
Creating page 2D animations
Adding sounds and scripting sound triggers
